I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Jade V., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

After my initial complaint, Capital Alliance contacted me to troubleshoot the tablet. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
