I have been a loyal customer of United-Build for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-5280-XGC-2344) on October 18, 2013, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

Apr 29, 2025 05:14I want to acknowledge that United-Build has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $73.28 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $73.28 for a jeans that never worked properly.
