On April 25, 1983, I signed up for United-Build's upgrade service at their Port Alvera, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $635.9, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lyda O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
