Refund refused by Asset of Heritage

I want to report a serious concern with Asset of Heritage's application that I purchased on December 6, 2000 from your West Amalia, District of Columbia store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Vallie Q., but my issue remains unresolved.
