I am writing regarding order #ORD-5551-ZYV-4474 placed with Liberty Treasury on March 28, 2012. I paid $23.91 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cydney C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 20, 2025 05:56An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Liberty Treasury, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my router. This is extremely frustrating.
