I want to report a serious concern with Securities of Premier's software that I purchased on January 13, 2004 from your Hoppehaven, Indiana store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Otha I., but my issue remains unresolved.
