On May 27, 2015, I signed up for Securities of Premier's warranty service at their Kristopherstad, California location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $656.49, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Maude H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
