I want to report a serious concern with Mega Build's accessory that I purchased on May 16, 1973 from your West Ayana, Oregon store. The product has has poor quality despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Diamond X., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 17, 2025 06:11I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The gaming console from Mega Build not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
