Account access issues with Excel & Alliance

I want to report a serious concern with Excel & Alliance's appliance that I purchased on October 18, 2011 from your Lake Percival, Colorado store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Eldon D., but my issue remains unresolved.

Apr 30, 2025 05:57I'm updating my complaint because Excel & Alliance finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the smartphone, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
