I'm writing to complain about the technical assistance I received from Excel & Alliance. After paying $941.77 for tool, I found that it received incorrect information. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Otilia G., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The camera from Excel & Alliance not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
