I purchased a unit from Excel & Alliance on November 18, 1991. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Austin E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
