I want to report a serious concern with Bank of Trust's account that I purchased on June 6, 2000 from your Streichbury, South Carolina store. The product has has poor quality despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Alvera Q., but my issue remains unresolved.
