I am writing regarding order #ORD-8326-JEF-6908 placed with Bank of Trust on April 13, 1987. I paid $230.4 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but D'angelo F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $286.37 refund only covers part of what I paid for the premium account, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
