I want to report a serious concern with Innovative Construction Group's gadget that I purchased on August 16, 2003 from your Macejkovicton, Utah store. The product has faced system outages despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Loren Z., but my issue remains unresolved.
