On August 14, 1979, I signed up for Bank Solutions's premium plan at their Dixiehaven, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $526.60, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sierra E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
