I have been a loyal customer of Bank Solutions for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered solution (order #ORD-5081-JPO-8694) on April 2, 1990, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
