Unresolved issue with Metal & Manufacturing product

I want to report a serious concern with Metal & Manufacturing's unit that I purchased on June 19, 1984 from your Schneiderfort, Tennessee store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Porter A., but my issue remains unresolved.
