On December 2, 1980, I signed up for Metal & Manufacturing's troubleshooting service at their Korbinview, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $347.62, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Freida E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
