Unsatisfactory resolution from Metal & Manufacturing

I purchased a solution from Metal & Manufacturing on April 17, 2016. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Karley B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
