I have been a loyal customer of Golden Hotel Luxury Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-9177-ITG-3295) on June 28, 1980, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 05, 2025 05:48I've received an email from Casey Harris at Golden Hotel Luxury Enterprises offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The t-shirt was clearly defective from the start.
