I have been a loyal customer of Golden Hotel Luxury Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-9177-ITG-3295) on June 28, 1980, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I've received an email from Casey Harris at Golden Hotel Luxury Enterprises offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The t-shirt was clearly defective from the start.
