I want to report a serious concern with Golden Hotel Luxury Enterprises's system that I purchased on February 28, 1985 from your South Johnpaulton, Illinois store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Benny Z., but my issue remains unresolved.
