On August 23, 2011, I signed up for Integrity Fiscal's customer support at their Barrowsport, Indiana location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $605.7, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Catherine F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 04, 2025 05:44I've received an email from Barbara Taylor at Integrity Fiscal offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The router was clearly defective from the start.
