I want to report a serious concern with Contractors Bros LLC's subscription that I purchased on August 8, 2014 from your Hirtheberg, New York store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Annabel L., but my issue remains unresolved.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Contractors Bros LLC, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my meal kit. This is extremely frustrating.
