I purchased a plan from Golden Haven & Group Enterprises on July 11, 2000. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Santos F. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I've received an email from Charles Jones at Golden Haven & Group Enterprises offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The jeans was clearly defective from the start.
