I am writing regarding order #ORD-9494-UZT-3843 placed with Production & Builders on July 29, 2024. I paid $305.7 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Carissa A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm updating my complaint because Production & Builders finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the gaming console, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
