I have been a loyal customer of Diamond Escape for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-3756-WTM-2639) on January 28, 1970, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate Diamond Escape reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement t-shirt has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
