On May 6, 1995, I signed up for Diamond Escape's customer support at their Simeonton, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $864.71, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Garrick L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

It's now been 12 days since my initial complaint, and Diamond Escape still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their technical support package.
