On July 15, 1988, I signed up for Elite-Craft Geelong's return process at their Feesthaven, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $553.33, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mina Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

After my initial complaint, Elite-Craft Geelong contacted me to troubleshoot the tablet. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
