I have been a loyal customer of Elite-Craft Geelong for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-6513-PEU-9426) on May 15, 1996, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
