I purchased a service from Bank Group Group on February 2, 1981. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jackie C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I've received an email from Thomas Thompson at Bank Group Group offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The headphones was clearly defective from the start.
