Misleading advertising by Golden Lodge & International International

I have been a loyal customer of Golden Lodge & International International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-5605-NUM-1146) on July 7, 2006, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
