I purchased a subscription from Luxury Palace on September 13, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lee O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate Luxury Palace reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement formal shoes has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
