I am writing regarding order #ORD-7380-KQF-3339 placed with Architecture Specialists on January 22, 2013. I paid $280.86 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Leonie O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Architecture Specialists has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their delivery service.
