Misleading advertising by Comfort Lodge Destinations

I want to report a serious concern with Comfort Lodge Destinations's solution that I purchased on January 2, 1982 from your Lake Maryam, Florida store. The product has found unauthorized charges despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Einar H., but my issue remains unresolved.
