I want to report a serious concern with Comfort Lodge Destinations's solution that I purchased on July 1, 2023 from your North Oswaldoview, North Carolina store. The product has discovered hidden fees despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Koby D., but my issue remains unresolved.
