I have been a loyal customer of Projects Enterprises Windsor for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-4611-ZCO-7339) on September 19, 2019, and have encountered received incorrect information. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

Apr 27, 2025 05:42I want to acknowledge that Projects Enterprises Windsor has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $384.13 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $384.13 for a wireless speaker that never worked properly.
