I have been a loyal customer of Steel Forge Incorporated for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service (order #ORD-7180-TYM-4535) on October 16, 1990, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

After my initial complaint, Steel Forge Incorporated contacted me to troubleshoot the tablet. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
