I am writing regarding order #ORD-9057-NFJ-6873 placed with Innovative Renovations & Sons on January 19, 2005. I paid $161.61 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Murphy X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 18, 2025 05:31I want to acknowledge that Innovative Renovations & Sons has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $117.96 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $117.96 for a specialty coffee that never worked properly.
