I'm writing to complain about the return process I received from Retreat Luxury Inc.. After paying $397.97 for plan, I found that it doesn't work as advertised. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Aron R., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Retreat Luxury Inc. called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
