Retreat Luxury Inc. refused to address issue

I have been a loyal customer of Retreat Luxury Inc. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service (order #ORD-2977-SHG-9995) on August 22, 2015, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
