I have been a loyal customer of Luxury Mansion International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-6332-GUB-2429) on May 20, 2001, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
