False promises made by Luxury Mansion International representative
Complaint Details
I want to report a serious concern with Luxury Mansion International's plan that I purchased on December 14, 1992 from your South Agneshaven, Rhode Island store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Hershel Z., but my issue remains unresolved.
