On April 30, 1996, I signed up for Luxury Mansion International's installation service at their Salvatorechester, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $427.72, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Retha E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
