I am writing regarding order #ORD-3408-PVV-5585 placed with Mansion at Silver Puebla on February 27, 1982. I paid $271.33 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Reanna A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
