I'm writing to complain about the premium plan I received from Premier Works Alliance Madrid. After paying $898.24 for platform, I found that it was promised features that don't exist. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Maci K., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I want to acknowledge that Premier Works Alliance Madrid has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $357.78 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $357.78 for a wireless speaker that never worked properly.
