I am writing regarding order #ORD-9864-XBD-6577 placed with Superior-Machine on March 10, 1970. I paid $157.13 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jeff Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After my initial complaint, Superior-Machine contacted me to troubleshoot the smartwatch. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
