I purchased a software from Prime Equity Consultants on May 28, 2015. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Charlene T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The wireless speaker from Prime Equity Consultants not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
