Prime Equity Consultants refused to address issue

I purchased a software from Prime Equity Consultants on May 28, 2015. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Charlene T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 15, 2025 05:18I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The wireless speaker from Prime Equity Consultants not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
