I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Rosalinda G., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I want to acknowledge that Tranquil Resort has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $18.39 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $18.39 for a handbag that never worked properly.
