I am writing regarding order #ORD-2971-TEY-7961 placed with Tranquil Resort on February 21, 2022. I paid $895.44 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Leonard O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I want to acknowledge that Tranquil Resort has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $165.39 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $165.39 for a t-shirt that never worked properly.
