I am writing regarding order #ORD-4699-MQU-2760 placed with Works & Builders on February 12, 2018. I paid $665.2 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Christa B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I want to acknowledge that Works & Builders has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $297.93 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $297.93 for a smartphone that never worked properly.
